For Baltimore's Independent Pharmacies

Deliver Like the Chains, Without Hiring a Driver.

Same-day prescription delivery that hands the bag to your patient, checks their ID and gets a signature, and never leaves it on a porch. Book deliveries at 10% off and set your own delivery fee, or hand patients a card with your pharmacy code.

What a Delivery App Won't Do for Your Patients

The chains deliver through apps that drop the bag and leave. Your patients get a courier who waits for the right person.

Handed Only to the Right Person

The courier checks the patient's photo ID against the name you booked, scans the barcode on the back, and gets a signature. The ID scan is free.

Never Left at the Door

A prescription doesn't go on a porch, in a mailbox or with a neighbor you didn't name. If nobody can sign, it comes back to your counter.

Controlled Substances in a Locked Bag

Pain medication and other controlled prescriptions stay sealed in your bag, inside a locked bag, until the patient signs for them.

Kept Cold When It Has to Be

Insulin, injectables and other refrigerated items ride in a cooler with cold packs, straight from your fridge to the patient's.

Live Tracking for the Patient

Send the tracking link so a caregiver can watch the courier on the map instead of calling your counter to ask where it is.

Two Ways to Work With Us

Most pharmacies book their own deliveries. If your patients would rather schedule their own, a pharmacy code works too.

You Book It

Standing Account: 10% Off Every Trip

  • Your counter is saved as the pickup, so a delivery takes a minute to book.
  • Charge patients the delivery fee you choose, or cover it for the ones who matter most.
  • Every receipt, photo, signature and ID scan in one place, by patient and date.
  • No monthly minimum for pharmacy partners.
List PriceYou PayYou Save
$49.00$44.10$4.90
$66.50$59.85$6.65

$49 is a delivery within 15 miles; $66.50 is a 25-mile delivery.

They Book It

Pharmacy Code: 10% Back for 90 Days

  • Hand patients or caregivers a counter card with your pharmacy code.
  • They book the delivery themselves and save $5 on the first one.
  • You earn 10% of what they book for 90 days, paid monthly by Zelle with a statement.
  • No minimum and no cost to your pharmacy.

Example

A daughter caring for her father books his monthly refills with your code: 3 deliveries at about $55. That's $165 they pay us and $16.50 back to your pharmacy, and the refills keep coming to you.

The Deliveries Pharmacies Send Us

  • Discharge Day Prescriptions

A patient comes home from Franklin Square or GBMC and shouldn't be driving back out. You fill it, we bring it the same afternoon.

  • Pain Medication for Hospice Patients

Comfort kits and controlled pain prescriptions handed to the patient or the caregiver you name, with a signed record of who received them.

  • Refills for Homebound Seniors

The regulars who can't get to you anymore, and who end up at a chain with a delivery app if you can't get to them.

  • Insulin & Refrigerated Medications

Packed cold at your counter and delivered the same day, so nothing sits in a hot car or on a step.

  • Assisted Living & Group Homes

A tote of patient bags for one building, signed for by the med tech or the staff member you name on the booking.

  • Late-Day & Saturday Fills

The prescription that comes in at 4 p.m. and can't wait until Monday. Rush gets it there in under two hours.

From Your Counter to Your Patient

  1. Book in a Minute

Your pharmacy is the pickup. Enter the patient's name exactly as it appears on their photo ID, check the free ID scan, and note anyone else allowed to sign.

  2. Sealed & Photographed at Your Counter

The courier photographs the sealed bag and gets a name and signature from your staff. We never open it.

  3. The Patient Watches It Live

The courier's photo, car and spot on the map, with an updated arrival time if traffic changes it.

  4. Handed Over With ID & Signature

A photo, printed name, signature, GPS stamp and ID scan at the door. Your receipt shows all of it.

  5. Back to You If No One Can Sign

If the patient or the person you named isn't there, the bag returns to your counter the same day.

  6. You Bill It or We Pay You

Standing account: charge your delivery fee and keep the 10%. Pharmacy code: your share shows up on next month's statement.

Which Way Works for Your Pharmacy?

Questions From Pharmacists

Do You Deliver Controlled Substances?

Yes, when your pharmacy releases them to us. You seal the bag, it stays sealed in a locked bag, and it's handed only to the person you name after their ID is checked and they sign. It's never left unattended, and if no one can sign it comes back to you. Whether a particular prescription goes out by courier is always your call.

Does the Courier See What's in the Bag?

No. We never open a sealed pharmacy bag. The booking shows the patient's name, address and phone so we can find them and check their ID, and nothing more.

What Happens If the Patient Isn't Home?

The courier calls the patient and then your pharmacy. If the person you named can't take it, the bag comes back to your counter the same day. The trip back is billed as an additional stop.

Can Someone Else Sign for the Patient?

Only someone you name when you book, like a spouse, a caregiver or a facility staff member. Their name has to match the photo ID the courier checks.

What Does a Delivery Cost?

$49 covers the first 15 miles, then $1.75 a mile. Rush (under two hours) adds $30 and STAT (under 60 minutes) adds $55. You see the exact price before you book, and partner pharmacies take 10% off all of it.

Is There a Monthly Minimum?

Not for pharmacy partners. Our regular standing accounts run 12 trips or $400 a month, but partner pharmacies get the 10% off from the first delivery, with no setup fee and no contract.

What If a Delivery Is Lost or Damaged?

Every trip includes coverage up to $100. For a prescription worth more, declare its value when you book: coverage above $100 is $2 per $100 of declared value, with a $5 minimum.

What Areas Do You Cover?

Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County. We're open for booking 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.

Keep Your Patients Off the Chains' Apps.

When a patient asks whether you deliver, the answer is yes, today, handed to them and signed for.
