Before it accepts a booking, our dispatch system checks the whole day's schedule against live traffic. If we can't make the time you picked, it tells you right away and offers the soonest time we can actually hit, instead of taking the job and running late. Every price is based on round-trip driving miles from our White Marsh hub. No zones, no guesswork, and you see the exact total before you book.
A fuel surcharge applies only when regional gas prices rise above a set level, and it covers actual fuel cost per mile, not a percentage of your bill. Full details are on our Rate Card.

Online booking never closes. Book after hours and your pickup is reserved for 8:00 AM the next service day, Monday through Saturday, with delivery the same day. It's the easy way to line up tomorrow's deliveries before you leave tonight.
Several Stops, One Trip
Delivering to more than one place? Add up to eight stops when you book, at $15 each. Every stop is priced before checkout, and your tracking page logs when the driver arrives at and leaves each stop, with a signature at the final drop-off.

A few minutes of prep keeps a same-day delivery on schedule. We take packages the way you hand them to us, so packing is up to you.
- Seal boxes and bags closed, so nothing can fall out on the way
- Label each package with the recipient's name and phone number
- Pad anything fragile; we drive carefully, but packing protects it
- Use the package description to tell us about anything fragile or valuable
- Have it ready at the pickup address, so the driver isn't waiting
- Make sure someone can receive and sign for it at the drop-off

Do I Need an Account to Book?
No. Anyone can book a one-time delivery online. An account is optional and lets you save addresses and see your delivery history, and businesses that send regularly can apply for a standing account.
When Am I Charged?
Your card is held for the exact quoted price when you book and charged only after the package is delivered. If the delivery doesn't happen, the hold is released.
How Do I Know My Package Was Delivered?
Every delivery comes with photos, the recipient's typed name and signature, and a GPS-stamped time. It's all on your tracking page and in your emailed receipt.
Can I Send Packages Regularly?
Yes. Businesses that send at least 12 deliveries or $400 a month can apply for a standing account, which takes 10% off every trip.
Is My Package Insured?
Yes. Every delivery is covered by our commercial insurance, and our Terms of Service explain exactly what's covered. If your package is valuable, note its value in the package description when you book, and we'll confirm coverage before pickup.
Is This Different From a Rideshare or Food Delivery App?
Yes. Your package rides with one dedicated driver straight from pickup to drop-off, with photos, a signature and GPS records at both ends, not batched with other orders or handed to whoever is nearby.
