Transparent Per-Attempt Pricing
Every attempt is priced the same way — a flat attempt fee plus real round-trip mileage from our hub, calculated fresh each time. No guessed bundle, no flat number that assumes the case closes on the first try. You're billed for the attempts that actually happen, when they happen.
| Component | Rate |
|---|---|
| Attempt fee — Registered Agent / Corporate Service | $40 |
| Attempt fee — Personal / Residential Service | $55 |
| Round-trip mileage beyond 20mi (every attempt) | $1.75/mi |
| Rush (first attempt within 24–48 hours) | +$50 |
| Same-Day (first attempt today) | +$85 |
Registered agent / corporate service is priced lower — business hours, business address, no confrontation risk. Personal / residential service reflects the greater effort and risk of serving an individual who may not want to be found. Rush and Same-Day apply once, to the first attempt's timing only. The sworn Affidavit of Service is included at no extra charge in whichever attempt concludes the case. Final invoice reflects the actual attempts made, billed as they occur.
What You Need to Provide
A current, workable address where the subject can reasonably be found — home or work. We do not currently offer skip tracing or investigative location services; if the address provided turns out to be incorrect, we'll let you know rather than guess.
Effort-Based Service, Not a Delivery Guarantee
Unlike a courier delivery, successful service can't be guaranteed — a subject may not be home, or may be avoiding service. There's no fixed cap on attempts; each is billed the same way as the last, and we'll discuss next steps with you if a subject proves genuinely hard to find. See our Terms of Service for the full process serving terms.
