Every rate is calculated from real driving miles: from our nearest dispatch point to your pickup, then to the drop-off. No return trip, no zones, no guesswork.
Where Your Mileage Starts
Your price is calculated live at checkout, the moment you enter your addresses. Our system looks at where our couriers are right now and the trips they're already running, then prices your delivery from whichever courier can reach your pickup in the fewest miles. That might be a courier on the road nearby finishing another run, or one on standby at our White Marsh dispatch point. Whichever is closer is the one we price from, so you never pay for someone driving in from across town when a courier is already near you. You see the exact miles and price before you book.
The same courier rates apply to Same-Day Package Delivery for small packages up to 75 lb.

Standing Accounts get 10% off every trip, applied automatically when they book signed in. See Standing Account Savings. Wait time is measured at each stop from when your courier arrives to when they depart, with the first 10 minutes free at every stop. Your card is held for the trip price only; any wait time is charged separately to the same card after delivery. Fuel surcharge: none while regional regular gas is at or below $4.50 a gallon; above that, only the added fuel cost is passed through, about 4 cents per billed mile for every dollar over $4.50. This week's regional average: $4.36 a gallon.
Coverage: every delivery is covered up to $100 at no charge. Worth more? Declare its value at checkout and coverage is $2 for every $100 over the first $100 ($5 minimum), up to $5,000 online; a $1,200 laptop is $22. Anything declared at $500 or more is a High-Value Delivery: handed only to the named recipient, with their photo ID checked and the back of the ID scanned. Coverage is not discounted. Worth more than $5,000? Call before booking.
Hours & Order Cutoffs
Open 24 Hours, Monday–Saturday. Book online any time. The hours below are our Same-Day dispatch hours; outside them we dispatch whenever a courier is available, otherwise your run is scheduled for the next business day. Court and land-records filings must still reach the clerk before 4:30 PM.

Every attempt is billed the same way — flat attempt fee plus real round trip mileage, calculated fresh each time. No bundled guess, no flat case fee. Billed as attempts actually happen.

Standing Account Terms
Minimum commitment of 12 trips per month or a $400/month recurring spend. Billed via card-on-file or ACH — no Net-30 at this time.
What's Included
- File-stamped return — billed as an additional stop (see rate card above), not a separate fee category.
- Sealed / confidential handling — standard on every trip, no extra charge.
- Multi-stop closings (title → lender → settlement) — priced as additional stops on one trip.
- Courthouse wait — billed as excess wait time after the 10-minute grace period.
