With us, every handoff records who took it. When the tech asks where the sensor is, the record says Mike at the service desk signed for it at 10:42, and Mike knows exactly where he put it. For a supplier, that same record ends the “it never showed up” call before it starts.

Our posted rate is $49 for the first 20 miles, then $1.75 a mile. Partners take 10% off every trip from the first run, with no monthly minimum, no setup fee and no contract. Suppliers who deliver to their shop customers can bill our list price and keep the difference.

The limit is 75 lb and 5 feet per item, carried by one person in a sedan.

Questions From Shops & Suppliers
What Does a Parts Run Cost?
A flat $49 covers the first 20 billed miles, then $1.75 a mile. Rush (under two hours) adds $30 and STAT (under 60 minutes) adds $55. Partners take 10% off all of it. You see the exact price before you book, and the drive back is never charged.
Is There a Monthly Minimum for Partners?
No. Our regular standing accounts run 12 trips or $400 a month, but auto shop and parts supplier partners get the 10% off from the first run, with no minimum, no setup fee and no contract.
How Do You Pick Up a Part That's Already Paid For?
Pay the counter first and put The Baltimore Courier Company on the order as the pickup. Most counters release an order only to a name on it. The courier checks the order, photographs the part and gets a signature from the counter.
Who Signs for It at My Shop?
Whoever you name when you book, usually the service writer or the parts manager. If they're not there, the courier gets the name and signature of whoever takes it, so you always know who has it.
How Big and Heavy Can a Part Be?
Up to 75 lb per item and up to 5 feet long, as long as one person can carry it and it fits in a sedan. Anything bigger belongs on a truck.
Is the Part Covered?
Coverage up to $100 is included with every run. For an expensive module or a programmed key, declare the value when you book: coverage above $100 is $2 per $100, with a $5 minimum.
How Do We Pay?
Card on file or ACH, with every run on one monthly statement. Supplier partners can bill the shop our list price and keep the difference.
What Hours Do You Run?
Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. We're closed Sundays. Online booking is open 24/7, so you can book tomorrow morning's run tonight.
What Areas Do You Cover?
Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County every day, and longer runs, including same-day trips into Pennsylvania, are quoted on the booking page.
