Baltimore Owned & Operated

Local Courier Services in Baltimore, MD

A same-day courier that knows the courthouse doors, the land records counter and the loading docks downtown, because this is the only city we work. We carry court filings, closing documents, prescriptions, parts and packages across Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County, with a signature and a photo at every handoff.

What “Local” Means When It's Your Delivery

Most deliveries in Baltimore run through an app. You tap a button, a stranger accepts the job and your envelope or parcel rides along with whatever else that driver is doing today. For a sandwich, that works. For a filing that has to be stamped before 4:30, a deed that only exists in one original or a part that's holding up a car on the lift, it's a gamble you don't need to take.

A local courier service works the other way around. The run belongs to one courier from the moment it's booked until it's signed for. We know that the Mitchell Courthouse filing window is on Calvert Street and the Cummings building's is across the street, that Towson's circuit court clerk is in the County Courts Building on Bosley Avenue and that a downtown loading dock at noon can cost twenty minutes if you don't know which entrance takes deliveries. That knowledge is the difference between a delivery that arrives and one that arrives in time.

Our fleet starts the day in White Marsh, between the city and Harford County, so a pickup in Towson, Perry Hall, Fells Point or Bel Air, to name a few, is a short drive rather than a cross-town trip. When the job is urgent, Rush gets it there in under two hours and STAT in under sixty minutes.

Who Uses Our Courier Services

Every kind of sender needs something different from a courier. Here's what we do for the offices and businesses that call us most.

Packages, Parts & High-Value Items

Documents are where we started, but a good share of our runs now carry something you can hold. If one person can carry it and it fits in a sedan, we can usually have it there today.

Auto Parts & Store Pickups

Order at the dealer parts counter, the auto parts store, Lowe's, Home Depot or Best Buy, put our courier on the order as the pickup person and book the run. We photograph the part at the counter so you can stop a wrong one before it leaves, then bring it to your shop, job site or front door. Starters, leaf springs, fittings, tools and boxed electronics all make the trip.

Small Parcels & Same-Day Packages

Samples for a client, supplies for another office, keys for a tenant or a box that has to beat the mail. Packages go up to 75 lb and 5 feet long, run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM (closed Sunday), and get a photo and a signature at both ends.

High-Value Items

Laptops, phones, jewelry, watches and anything else you'd rather not hand to a stranger. Anything declared at $500 or more is a High-Value delivery: it goes only to the person you name, after we check and scan their photo ID, and it's never left unattended. At $1,000 and up the recipient signs a High-Value Shipment Summary, and values up to $5,000 can be booked online. For anything worth more, call us at (410) 648-FAST and we'll set it up.

Retail Delivery for Local Stores

A local shop can use us as its delivery department: a finished print job to the client's office, a special order to a customer's door or a same-day gift. You keep the customer relationship, and we show up in a clean car, on time, with proof of delivery you can forward to the customer.

Liquor & Wine Stores

Licensed retailers can offer delivery without hiring a driver. Every bottle is handed over only after a 21+ photo ID check at the door, in the areas where delivery is permitted.

Proof at Every Handoff

When something goes missing, the question is always the same: who had it last? With us there's an answer on the record for every minute of the run.

Signature at Both Ends

A typed name and a signature when we pick up and when we hand it over, each stamped with the time and the GPS location where it happened, saved to the delivery record.

Photos at Pickup & Drop-Off

You see what we picked up before it leaves the building and where it landed when it arrives, every photo stamped with the time and GPS location.

A Live Map, Not a Guess

Follow the car on a live Google map, with the courier's photo and vehicle shown before pickup.

ID Checked on Valuable Items

Declare $500 or more and it goes only to the person you name, after we check and scan their photo ID.

Legal documents are sealed at pickup, and the seal is checked at drop-off, at no extra charge. If you ever need to show a judge, a lender or a client exactly when a filing left your office and when it reached the clerk, the delivery record has the times, the GPS location of each handoff, the photos and both signatures. Read more about how that works on our Chain of Custody Page.

How a Same-Day Run Works

  1. Book It in a Minute

Enter the pickup and drop-off, choose same-day, Rush or STAT, and see the exact price before you pay. Booking is open 24/7.

  2. We Collect It

The courier arrives at your front desk, checks the item, takes a photo and gets a printed name and signature.

  3. You Watch It Move

A tracking link shows the car on a live map from pickup to drop-off, so nobody has to call to ask where it is.

  4. Handed Over With Proof

A photo, a printed name and a signature at delivery, sent to you and saved to the record.

  5. One Bill, No Surprises

The price you saw is the price you pay. Waiting is free for the first 10 minutes at each stop and $1 a minute after.

Where We Run Every Day

Inside the city we run from the downtown law firms and the Inner Harbor towers to the courthouses on Calvert and St. Paul, across to Fells Point and Canton, up through Hampden and out to the medical campuses on the east and west sides, and everywhere in between. In Baltimore County we're in Towson daily for the courts and the county offices, and we cover White Marsh, Perry Hall, Parkville, Essex, Dundalk and Catonsville, just to name a few. In Harford County the Bel Air courthouse and the offices around it are a short run up Route 1 or I-95, with Abingdon, Edgewood, Aberdeen and the rest of the county close behind.

Every town has its own page with the courthouses, offices and landmarks we run to. Start with Downtown Baltimore, Towson or Bel Air, or see the whole map on our Coverage Area Page.

Simple, Posted Prices

Our prices are posted, not quoted after the fact. A flat $49 covers the first 20 billed miles, then it's $1.75 a mile. Rush adds $30 and STAT adds $55. Billed miles are measured one way, from our nearest dispatch point through your pickup and drop-off, and we never charge for the drive back.

Here's how the math works on a longer run. A trip that measures 26 billed miles is $49 for the first 20, plus 6 miles at $1.75, for a total of $59.50. Make it Rush and it's $89.50. The booking page does this for you and shows the total before you pay, and the card is only held for that exact amount.

Offices that send every week can open a standing account for 10% off every trip and one monthly statement. Every rate, from extra stops to declared value coverage, is on our Rate Card, and the account details are on the Standing Accounts Page.

Why Businesses Switch to a Dedicated Courier

The cheapest delivery is the one that only has to happen once. A filing that misses the clerk has to go again tomorrow, and sometimes there isn't a tomorrow. A closing package left with the wrong receptionist can hold up a settlement. And a part dropped with whoever happened to be at the counter, with no record of who took it, can sit in a back room for a day while the tech who needs it goes looking.

With us, that never turns into a search. Every handoff records the printed name and signature of the person who took it, with a photo and the time and GPS location. When the tech asks where the part is, the record says John at the service desk signed for it at 10:42, and John knows exactly where he put it. An app drop-off gives you a photo of a box on a counter and nothing else. Those are the runs we're built for: the ones that can't go wrong.

That's why we don't pool your delivery with strangers' orders, why the courier is the same person from pickup to drop-off and why we photograph and sign for everything. It's also why we answer the phone. When a judge's chambers asks for a courtesy copy at 3:45, you want to talk to someone in Baltimore who can say yes, not a help center.

We're a local company, owned and operated here, and our name is on every run. If that's the kind of courier service you've been looking for, book your first run online or give us a call.
