Dispatched From White Marsh
White Marsh Auto Parts and Store Pickup & Delivery
The part is sitting at the counter and the car is up on the lift. We pick up from the dealer parts counters on Pulaski Highway, Lowe's and Home Depot, Best Buy and the auto parts stores around White Marsh, and bring it to your shop, your job site or your door the same day.
The Counters We Run To
Our cars start the day in White Marsh, so a pickup on Campbell Boulevard or Pulaski Highway is usually a few minutes away, not a drive across the county.
Dealer Parts Counters
Al Packer White Marsh Ford and Koons White Marsh Chevrolet, plus Packer Norris Ford's parts counter in Essex
A shop waiting on a factory part loses the bay while someone drives to get it. Call the counter, pay for the part and give them our courier's name. We pick it up and bring it to your shop or your driveway, and you can watch the car the whole way.
Auto Parts Stores
The Belair Road stores in Nottingham and Perry Hall, and the wholesale counters on Mercantile Road
Brake parts, a starter, an alternator or a sensor that one person can carry. Order ahead so it's waiting behind the counter, and we bring it to the job.
Lowe's on Campbell Boulevard
5300 Campbell Blvd, open early for contractors
Fittings, fixtures, a faucet, a replacement fan motor, a box of fasteners or a tool that broke mid-job. You stay on the site and keep billing; we bring the part to you.
Home Depot on Pulaski Highway
9955 Pulaski Hwy, minutes from our dispatch point
The same kind of run from the other big box: an order you placed for pickup, collected under our courier's name and brought to the job site the same day.
Best Buy & White Marsh Mall
Best Buy at 5200 Campbell Blvd, the mall and The Avenue
A laptop, a phone, a monitor or a store order held for pickup. Declare $500 or more and it's handed only to the person you name, after we check and scan their photo ID.
Built for Shops & Contractors on the Clock
For a repair shop, the expensive part of a missing part is the bay. A car on the lift waiting for a sensor is a bay that can't take the next job, and sending a tech to the dealer costs an hour of labor on top of that. For a plumber or an electrician, it's the trip off the site for a fitting that cost eight dollars.
We take that trip for you. You order and pay the counter the way you always do, then book the run. The courier picks it up, photographs it so you can confirm it's the right part, and brings it to you while you keep working. One of our recent runs carried a leaf spring from a White Marsh Ford parts counter to a customer in Pennsylvania the same afternoon.
Who Calls Us for Parts & Store Runs
Repair & Body Shops
Call the order in to the counter, pay for it on your account and book the run while the tech keeps working on the next car. We pick it up under your shop's name and walk it to the service desk, so nobody leaves the floor.
If you send parts runs every week, a standing account takes 10% off every trip and puts them on one monthly statement, with a minimum of 12 trips or $400 a month.
Contractors & Trades
Place the order online or with the Pro Desk for in-store pickup, add The Baltimore Courier Company as the pickup person and send us the order number. The courier brings it to the trailer, the basement or the front door of the job, and you get a photo when it lands.
It works best for the small things that stop a job: a fitting, a valve, a breaker, a box of fasteners or a replacement tool. Your crew keeps working instead of losing an hour in traffic on Pulaski Highway.
Homes & Offices
Bought something online for store pickup and can't get there before it closes? We collect it and bring it home or to the office the same day. Laptops, monitors and phones for a new hire, a gift that has to arrive tonight or a part for the dishwasher repairman who's waiting in your kitchen.
Anything you declare at $500 or more is handed only to the person you name, after we check and scan their photo ID.
What a Run From White Marsh Costs
A flat $49 covers the first 20 miles, so most runs around the county cost exactly that. Here's what a same-day pickup at a White Marsh counter runs to a few common drop-offs. Rush adds $30 and STAT adds $55.
| Drop-Off | About | Same-Day |
|---|---|---|
| A shop in Perry Hall or Nottingham | 5 mi | $49.00 |
| A job site in Towson | 11 mi | $49.00 |
| Downtown Baltimore | 14 mi | $49.00 |
| Bel Air | 16 mi | $49.00 |
| Aberdeen | 21 mi | $50.75 |
| Owings Mills | 23 mi | $54.25 |
Miles are approximate road miles from White Marsh. The booking page measures your exact route and shows the total before you pay, and the drive back is never charged.

Why Not Send Someone From the Shop?
Because the person you'd send is the person you need. A tech at a shop rate of $120 an hour who spends 45 minutes on a parts run has cost you $90 before the part is in his hand, and the car on his lift sat the whole time. A foreman who leaves a job site for a fitting leaves a crew without answers. A $49 run is usually the cheaper of the two, and nobody leaves.
A delivery app isn't built for this either. You don't know which driver is coming, whether the car fits a five-foot part or whether anyone checks that it's the right one before leaving the counter. Our couriers are the same people every time, we photograph the part at pickup so you can stop a wrong part before it leaves the store, and every handoff ends with a photo and a signature on the record.
And it isn't only for emergencies. Shops that know a part is coming in tomorrow morning book the run the night before, and it's on their counter before the first customer of the day.

Questions About Parts & Store Pickups
How Do You Pick Up a Part I Already Paid For?
Pay the parts counter or the store first and put our courier on the order as the pickup person, then book the run. Most counters and big-box stores release an order only to a name on it, so tell them it's being picked up by The Baltimore Courier Company. We photograph the part at pickup so you can see we have the right one.
Can You Bring a Part Straight to My Shop or Job Site?
Yes. The drop-off can be your repair shop, a customer's house, a construction trailer or a loading dock. We take a photo and a signature when we hand it over, so you have proof of when it arrived.
How Heavy and How Big Can It Be?
Up to 75 lb for each item and up to 5 feet long, as long as it fits in a sedan and one person can carry it. Anything bigger, heavier or sold by the pallet belongs on a truck.
How Fast Can You Get It Here?
Same-day is the standard. Rush brings it in under 2 hours and STAT in under 60 minutes, traffic permitting. Because our cars start the day in White Marsh, the drive to a counter on Campbell Boulevard or Pulaski Highway is usually a few minutes.
What Does a Parts Run Cost?
A flat $49 covers the first 20 miles, measured from our nearest dispatch point through the pickup and the drop-off, then $1.75 a mile. Rush adds $30 and STAT adds $55. You see the exact total before you pay, and we never charge for the drive back.
Do You Go Outside White Marsh?
Yes. Most parts runs stay around White Marsh, Perry Hall, Nottingham, Middle River and Rosedale, but we carry them anywhere in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County, and we've taken parts into Pennsylvania the same day.
What Hours Do You Run Parts Pickups?
Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Book a same-day run by 5 PM, a Rush by 7 PM and a STAT by 8 PM. We're closed Sundays.
Is the Part Covered if Something Happens to It?
Coverage up to $100 is included with every run. Declare a higher value at checkout and coverage is $2 for every $100 over the first $100, with a $5 minimum, so a $600 part is covered for $10.
Are You Affiliated With These Stores or Dealers?
No. We're an independent courier you hire to pick up an order on your behalf. The store or dealer sells you the part, and we carry it.
